TalkWell is a conversation training resource for mental health workers. It’s a lively and practical way to help your staff to:

become better listeners
enjoy and feel able to manage conversations about anything from Coronation Street to coping with compulsions
have a greater awareness of what’s happening in patients’ minds and their own
have richer relationships with patients

Over 20 practical, helpful sections cover topics such as listening skills, structuring conversations, appreciating difference, asking sensitive questions, body language and difficult conversations. And it’s crammed with exercises and ideas to help you and your team hone their conversational skills.
